A year ago in the spring we planted a milkweed hybrid, Butterfly Weed, in the border. It was active last year, but this month we have a even more caterpillars and chrysalis. We hope to make a photo of one hatching. The tower overlooks the world’s largest rail yard (The Union Pacific Bailey Yard) which handles 10,000 rail cars a day, encompassing almost 3,000 acres and stretching for 8 miles.
